Sekhar Bahadur, MCI, THMCI and Level 3 Examiner, is a member of the FFI Fly Casting Education Program Leadership Team and is jointly responsible for its Fly Casting Instructor Education activities. He Chairs the Exam Committee, was a member of the Definitions Team, and examines and mentors candidates for all four FFI instructor certification exams. Sekhar edited the MCI Study Guide and was an editor of the CI Study guide. He also holds the APGAI advanced single and two hand instructor qualifications from GAIA in the United Kingdom. Before relocating to Greenwich, Connecticut, Sekhar was a casting coach for the British Fly Casting Club, where for a brief shining moment he held an age group distance casting record. He enjoys teaching students ranging from absolute beginners to other instructors, as well as fishing for a wide range of fresh and saltwater species.
