Welcome FFI Councils and Clubs! This page will provide information regarding the annual financial reporting process. Please review the information and sample forms before you start the process.
PLEASE NOTE: Each form is independent of the other, but once you start filling out one of the online forms you must complete the form in one session. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN TO THE FORM TO COMPLETE IT LATER.
DUE DATE: FEBRUARY 16, 2019
Below are the links to the forms you will need to fill out the Annual Financial Report. Additional forms needed include the Insurance Opt-In or Opt-Out, and Council/Club Information Sheet.
Step 1 - UPDATE INFO ONLINE. REQUIRED BY ALL COUNCILS AND CHARTER CLUBS
YOU WILL NEED THE COUNCIL OR CLUB CREDENTIALS TO LOGIN TO THE SITE. Click to download the annual report instructions.
Update the information and click UPDATE INFO ONLY at the bottom of the page.
Step 2 - FINANCIAL REPORTS. REQUIRED BY ALL COUNCILS AND CHARTER CLUBS
Submit the annual financial report. There are 2 parts to this step. Please read below to deteremine if you are required to complete Part 2 in addition to Part 1.
The Insurance Declaration Form, Club/ Council Information Sheet, Club Rosters, year-end bank statement, and income statement can be uploaded and attached in Part 1. Charter Clubs must also send in a current Membership Roster with their forms, excel format preferred. You may upload to the online form or e-mail the roster to firstname.lastname@example.org . If you password protect your excel file, please send the password as well.
