FEES:
Certified Instructor test - $200.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $225
Master Certified Instructor test $275.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $300
Two-Handed Certified Instructor test $275.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $300
An Test Adminstration Fee of $125 applies to this test.
NOTE: Each of the testing locations include the required Workshop.
