FEES: Certified Instructor test - $200.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $250 Master Certified Instructor test $275.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $325 Two-Handed Certified Instructor test $275.00 registration fee + $50.00 after pass = $325
An Test Adminstration Fee of $125 applies to this test.
